You have gained experience of at least 7 years in Compliance You know how to set up, run, and improve audit-proof compliance processes in a tech, manufacturing or real estate company You are excited to leverage automation, data, and AI to make compliance scalable and future‑ready You’re curious, hands‑on, and excited to build instead of just maintain You have an independent, structured and highly analytical working style You are an assertive character with entrepreneurial and service oriented mindset You communicate clearly, connect easily with stakeholders, and can translate regulation into real-life guidance You have a proficient level in both English and German language What we offer An unlimited contract with 30 vacation days.
